1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h bajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h bajee website, including all services, games, promotions, and features made available at https://h-bajee.club and any associated subdomains or applications.

By accessing the h bajee platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the h bajee platform and close your account.

h bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of h bajee following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and h bajee.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the h bajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h bajee operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after identity verification.
• You must be accessing h bajee as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not as a representative of a legal entity for commercial or professional gambling purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of h bajee or any of its affiliated game provider partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from h bajee or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

h bajee employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age and identity verification process. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a secondary photo ID — before withdrawals are approved and, in certain cases, before continued gameplay is permitted.

Documents submitted for verification are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard operating periods. h bajee reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, pending completion of verification. The platform accepts no liability for losses incurred or opportunities missed during a verification hold period where the delay is attributable to the player's failure to provide timely or adequate documentation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of h bajee services — including real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawal of winnings — you must complete the registration process at h bajee Login and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must also select a secure password for your account.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate, and you agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. h bajee reserves the right to request re-verification of your details at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on the h bajee platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h bajee will close all associated accounts, void any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h bajee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact h bajee support immediately so that your account can be secured.

h bajee will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from h bajee that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h bajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of locally relevant payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.

Accepted Payment Methods

h bajee reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Updated payment method information will always be visible at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your account dashboard.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your h bajee account within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• h bajee does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned. h bajee does not accept third-party deposits.
• h bajee does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by your VIP tier level and are communicated within your account settings.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit. This is a firm anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours, subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Players who have completed full KYC verification typically receive expedited processing within 1 to 4 hours.
• h bajee reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud monitoring system. Such checks may extend processing time beyond the standard period.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance includes funds from active bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Only eligible (cleared) balances may be withdrawn.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

h bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by h bajee — unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms — are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement must generate ৳25,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100% on accumulator bets with minimum odds requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published within the detailed bonus terms for each promotion.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. h bajee reserves the right to restrict bonuses by geography, payment method, or player segment at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including multi-accounting or exploitation of system errors, will be voided along with any associated winnings, and the player's account will be closed.
• h bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus already credited will remain valid for the period previously stated.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus balance. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Maximum bonus bet limits are specified in individual promotion terms but are generally capped at ৳500 per round or bet.

VIP Programme Rewards

Players who participate in the h bajee VIP programme earn loyalty points based on their real-money wagering activity. These points accumulate to determine VIP tier placement — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond — and unlock tier-specific benefits including enhanced cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, and dedicated VIP account management. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using h bajee, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h bajee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, identity fraud, chargebacks on valid deposits, and providing false personal information.
• Multi-accounting: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one account on h bajee, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional structure in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with h bajee games or betting markets on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or free bet terms in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion, including through matched betting strategies or arbitrage betting where the primary purpose is bonus extraction rather than genuine entertainment.
• Money laundering: Using h bajee accounts to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. h bajee is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing h bajee employees, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical malfunction, software error, or system glitch to gain an advantage over the platform or other players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account.

h bajee reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited activities. Such determinations are final and are not subject to appeal beyond the internal complaints process described in the FAQ page.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your h bajee account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may also request a self-exclusion period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure) through the same channels. Suspension or Closure by h bajee

h bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account restriction.
• Extended period of account inactivity (as defined in the Dormant Account policy below).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, h bajee will send a notification to the registered email address with 30 days' advance warning. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support to complete a re-verification process.

8 Limitation of Liability

h bajee provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h bajee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Platform Availability

h bajee endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, games, or betting markets will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. h bajee accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities or interrupted game sessions — resulting from such interruptions.

Game Outcomes & Technical Errors

All games offered on h bajee operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by independent live dealer studios. h bajee accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting mechanics. In the event of a demonstrable technical error affecting game outcomes, h bajee reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the players involved. This is the extent of h bajee's liability in such circumstances.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, h bajee's total cumulative liability to any individual player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their h bajee account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of h bajee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. h bajee operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-encrypted data security, and transparent terms — and does not make representations regarding specific regulatory approval from any government body.
